"Chkalov Arena" is an investment by VI Holding located in the Tushino district of Moscow, Russia. The project encompasses the Alia Residential Complex and a Commercial Center in different phases, with the central focus being the Chkalov Arena, which hosts a variety of sports disciplines within its 40,000 square meters of indoor space.
The project, carried out under the consultancy of AECOM and as the main contractor by ANTTEQ, was initiated in 2019 and opened for use in 2021. This project represents several firsts in Russia and is a standout example of technological advancement in commercial projects globally. Designed in BIM at LOD 500 and with full Project Management conducted in BIM, it stands as one of the most technologically advanced projects on a global scale.
