Tower 2 is 79 stories tall and 345 meters high, making it the tallest residential building in Europe and the fourth tallest building overall. The complex was completed in 2020.

Neva Towers were designed by the American architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The towers are clad in a mix of glass and metal and feature distinctive stepped designs inspired by the architecture of St. Petersburg.
